How to use Natural Testosterone Boosters.
Testosterone, well, every gym rat is familiar with this term. By definition, Testosterone is a hormone - a chemical messenger - that is responsible for the development of male sexual characteristics. This is something that we are taught in our school books and is known to everybody. But, when it comes to bodybuilding, Testosterone has its own relevance. It is believed to be a formula to become a ‘Super Human’ or, in other words, if you want to have the look of a competitive bodybuilder, you need to get your testosterone levels boosted. Our traditional Gym Trainersin India have been teaching this from decades that you need to boost your testosterone so that you can lift heavy weights in the gym and your body can grow beyond its natural potential. These anabolic Testosterone boosters are given in various forms, like injectable or pills .
My question to all the people who blindly take these T- Boosters to boost their testosterone is, on what basis did they come to know that they have a low level of testosterone? I am sure 99% of these people have not tested for their testosterone levels in their life. Some of you might be thinking, well I used natural testosterone booster, I did not take those injectable, I am Natural. Well, did you guys check whether the natural testosterone booster that you have been taking from long has resulted in any changes in your testosterone levels? Or you are just spending money on useless products.
I spoke to a Gold’s Gym Sr. Personal Trainer who is also a Stage Athlete in Bodybuilding in Delhi, He says “I have neither tested myself for my testosterone levels and neither have I seen anyone else getting tested for the same. The Industry works this way, people just blindly follow what is told to them by their Trainers”. NowExperts will argue that testosterone increase can be felt in the gym when you start lifting heavier than before. I agree to this, but trust me guys you can lift heavy even with a good punch of a strong coffee and a slice of butter or a couple of bananas.
I am not against natural testosterone boosters. In fact I just tried one and want to share my experience with you. First, I got my blood tested for Testosterone levels, It was in the normal range, 514ng. Then I started the natural testosterone booster and continued the recommended dosage for a month. After one month I again got myself tested and the results were marvellous.
My testosterone increased from 514ng to 774 ng. ( Though, how effective are these natural testosterone boosters is something that I will cover in another article so lets just focus on how to use them for now).If I share my Gym Experience, yes I was lifting heavier but I was lifting much heavier when I came to know that my testosterone has increased, so in my opinion it is also the mind that plays with your body here. It gives you a feeling ‘that okay, now I have good testosterone so I should be able to lift this weight, so you actually lift it.
So guys, my humble request to you is that don’t just go on taking a Testosterone supplement without verifying its effect by a blood test. One product might work for your gym buddy but it might not work in the same way for you. And steroids, yes you can take them if you are ready for the side effect such as Liver toxity, Hair loss, Acne, Poor Heart Health etc.
