Hi I am Prachi Surve. Fitness was always a part of my lifestyle. I started with aerobics in my routine 10 years ago. Blessed with an idea weight, initially I was completely unaware about nutrition, meal plans and the final details of fitness. I started working out in gym with little knowledge, then I realized weight training and proper nutrition is much more important. Curiosity led me to enhance my knowledge through books and I decided to educate myself on fitness and nutrition. And I enrolled for few certifications related nutrition and as a fitness instructor. I started helping people who were struggling with weight issues and lifestyle related issues. Where I help them easy meal preparation,flexible work out plans, simple lifestyle approaches to food and adding supplements whenever required.
