3) Adjustable Bench
With an adjustable bench, you can add variety to your workouts. Bench pressing, chest flys, sedated dumbbell curls, incline curls can be done on a bench easily. You also have the option to use the incline and decline position to hit your chest with various angels. Another advantage is that it does not occupy too much of floor space. It's like any other bench in your house with the added advantage of shifting the inclination.
